Simply Brilliant!

This article on The Consumerist is simply brilliant!

The fact that Pizzeria Delfina in San Francisco is willing to embrace the criticism and roll with it brings a smile to your face and seems like a superb marketing plan.

The gist of this article is that employees of the pizzeria wear t-shirts with quotes from a nasty review about their establishment.



It's lovely when establishments can laugh at themselves once in awhile. It shows they embrace the criticism and turn it to their advantage. Let's hope they improve the quality of their food, however.

Which reminds me of an article I wrote awhile back, Online Feedback and Media Stories where I referred to an article, Bosses Here Are Thin-Skinned. I doubt many organisations and establishments here can laugh at themselves like this pizzeria in San Francisco did.

Still, one cannot deny it. They have a great sense of humour and from the looks of the t-shirt in the article, good sense of typographic style too. ;-)
