Three Things New Zealanders Hate About Bad Service

In an article that appeared in the New Zealand Herald, a survey stated that New Zealanders' top three pet peeves about bad customer service were:
  • Inefficient telephone systems
  • Retail staff more interested in chatting among themselves
  • Lack of people taking responsibility for following up on inquiries
I guess people everywhere are the same. It is not just here in Singapore that these are probably the top three things Singaporeans hate about bad customer service.

The surprising thing is, most of these things can be easily remedied. Yet they are not. Makes you wonder.
